Sonik started as an electrical engineering student who topped his final year, looked around, and chose a different path entirely. An MBA led him into the middle of one of India's most demanding healthcare supply chains, where he built sourcing systems from nothing and negotiated with manufacturers nobody else could reach. During the worst months of COVID, he personally sourced 30,000 oxygen cylinders, 10,000+ oxygen concentrators and 2.5 lakh PPE kits, and ran a full-stack platform for patients across the country. He learned what supply chain actually means when the stakes are someone's life.

Outside that world, a different version of the same instinct takes over. Every week, Nayi Raheein goes out in Hindustan Hindi Daily to lakhs of readers: students in tier-2 cities, freshers between jobs, professionals wondering if they chose the right path. In training rooms across 50+ institutions from Gurugram to Manila, he has sat across from 10,000+ people and done the only thing that actually helps. He listened first, then guided.
